PeakedLabs provides educational information and decision-support tools. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment plans, emergency care, credentialing on behalf of a licensing board, or personalized peptide, hormone, GLP-1, nutrition, or training protocols.

Always consult an appropriately licensed professional before starting, stopping, combining, or changing medication, supplements, hormones, peptides, testing, or treatment. Tool calculations and rhythm visualizations are estimates or organizational aids, not predictions of labs, outcomes, safety, or eligibility.

An editorial profile is assembled from public sources and does not imply affiliation, endorsement, availability, authorization, credential verification, or a commercial relationship. A claimed profile verifies control or authorization, not every credential, claim, outcome, or service. Identity and credential verification are separate, dated statuses.

You must independently verify licenses, certifications, jurisdiction, assigned professionals, scope, pricing, availability, insurance, product status, and suitability before purchasing care, coaching, testing, software, or education.

Marketplace members pay for commercial features such as profile management, source maintenance, client-toolkit pages, approved inquiry routing, attribution, reporting, onboarding, and designated partner status. Payment does not purchase an organic ranking, editorial score, review, testimonial, factual claim, outcome claim, or guaranteed lead volume.

Sponsored inventory is clearly labeled and may receive placement only in designated sponsor areas. Sponsorship does not alter the underlying editorial record or organic order.

Stripe processes marketplace and product payments. Recurring plans automatically renew at the disclosed interval until canceled. Subscription customers can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal linked from their verified checkout page. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not ordinarily create a prorated refund for the current billing period except where required by law or agreed in writing.

One-time founding packages include service work and time-bounded access. Unless a written order states otherwise, one-time package fees become non-refundable after onboarding or profile-production work begins. PeakedLabs may reject or refund an order if the applicant cannot verify authorization, materially misrepresents scope, requests prohibited claims, or is not an appropriate marketplace fit.

Delivery depends on timely receipt of accurate public sources, authorization, routing details, and requested assets. Specific written order terms control if they conflict with this general section.

Applicants must provide accurate information, have authority to act for the named organization or profile, and promptly correct material changes. Clinical professionals and practices remain solely responsible for licensure, consent, clinical decisions, records, privacy obligations, prescribing, billing, and patient care.

Do not submit patient records, diagnoses, medication lists, laboratory values, genetic data, or urgent health information through marketplace forms. You may not use PeakedLabs status or logos to imply an endorsement, accreditation, guaranteed result, or broader verification than the badge explicitly states.

Marketplace matching uses public categories, service modes, stated availability, and non-sensitive fit information. PeakedLabs does not guarantee access, acceptance, response, quality, outcomes, or compatibility. A lead or outbound click is not a recommendation to begin treatment.

Third parties control their own content, applications, pricing, privacy, clinical decisions, contracts, products, and services. PeakedLabs is not responsible for their acts or omissions. Disputes about a third-party service must be handled with that third party, without limiting rights provided by applicable law.

PeakedLabs may earn affiliate commissions, qualified-referral fees, membership revenue, sponsorship revenue, or product revenue. Material relationships are disclosed through status labels or nearby notices. Compensation does not guarantee favorable inclusion or editorial treatment.

Pricing, availability, credentials, laws, product labels, research, and offers change. We make reasonable efforts to cite and date public sources, but you must verify time-sensitive information directly.

You may use PeakedLabs for personal research, client education, and commercial evaluation. You may not scrape, republish, misrepresent, reverse engineer, exploit, or use site content and data in violation of law or rights. We may suspend abusive activity, reject listings, remove commercial features, and update these terms as the service evolves.
