Information you provide
We may collect information you submit through newsletter forms, guide purchases, provider or marketplace applications, listing claims, factual corrections, sponsorship inquiries, partner onboarding, contact forms, and service-fit requests. This can include your name, work email, organization, official website, service category, location, budget band, qualifications, public pricing model, and routing preferences.
Payments are processed by Stripe. PeakedLabs does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe may provide transaction identifiers, customer contact information, payment status, plan, and subscription information needed to fulfill and support the purchase.
Do not submit medical or sensitive health information
Marketplace application and lead forms are not medical intake. Do not submit diagnoses, symptoms, medication lists, laboratory values, medical records, insurance identifiers, genetic data, urgent concerns, or other protected health information. Clinical information should be provided only through the selected professional's authorized intake system.
Interactive tools are designed to keep user-entered schedule, quote, or free-text information in the browser unless you intentionally submit, copy, download, or share it. Analytics records tool actions and coarse categories, not private planner text or lab values.
Analytics and attribution
We collect standard technical and analytics information such as pages viewed, referring domain, approximate location, device/browser type, campaign parameters, profile views, tool actions, outbound clicks, checkout starts, purchases, and partner attribution. We remove arbitrary query strings and URL fragments from stored page and referrer fields to reduce accidental collection of user-entered tool state. We also store a random browser identifier (not linked to your name or email) to understand repeat visits.
Partner and affiliate redirects may use click identifiers, campaign parameters, cookies, or partner-side attribution systems. Contracted destinations are clearly governed by the receiving party's privacy policy.
Marketplace leads and professional routing
When you explicitly request a marketplace match, introduction, or follow-up, PeakedLabs may review the non-sensitive fit information you provided and share it with one or more appropriate claimed or verified professionals, practices, or platforms so they can respond. We do not guarantee that a professional will accept the inquiry.
Public editorial profiles do not automatically receive your information. PeakedLabs will not send a lead to an unclaimed public figure or business merely because it has an editorial profile.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the site, fulfill purchases, deliver email, process claims and corrections, verify public sources or authorization, configure partner toolkits, respond to requests, route approved leads, report marketplace performance, prevent abuse, reconcile revenue, and improve content or tools.
We do not sell personal health information. PeakedLabs is not a medical provider, pharmacy, insurer, health plan, or HIPAA-covered clinical intake system.
Service providers, partners, and retention
We may use vendors for hosting, analytics, email delivery, payments, database storage, spam prevention, customer support, and affiliate attribution. They process information under their own agreements and privacy practices.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, source verification, legal compliance, fraud prevention, reporting, and dispute resolution. Marketplace profile sources and commercial-status records may be retained to preserve an audit trail.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the email link. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through the site's inquiry surfaces. A marketplace professional can request profile corrections or removal review, subject to legitimate editorial, legal, and audit needs.
See our Terms of Use and Marketplace Methodology for commercial-status, verification, and ranking rules.
