About PeakedLabs
PeakedLabs is an independent comparison and review platform for telehealth optimization providers — TRT, peptides, GLP-1, and longevity medicine. We exist because finding honest, structured data in this space is harder than it should be.
Our editorial process is independent from our affiliate relationships. Provider scores and rankings are determined before affiliate partnerships are established. Commissions do not affect rankings.
Scoring Methodology
Every provider is scored across 6 equally-weighted criteria. Scores are reviewed quarterly or when significant provider changes are confirmed.
Pricing Transparency
Is pricing publicly available? Are there hidden fees? How does cost compare to clinical value delivered?
Treatment Breadth
How many treatment categories are offered? Are protocols evidence-based and kept current?
Peptide Access
Are peptides available? Which ones? Are they prescribed through licensed physicians with appropriate oversight?
Care Quality
Doctor continuity, lab monitoring frequency, protocol customization, and clinical rigor.
Patient Support
Response time, refill reliability, portal quality, and available communication channels.
Protocol Transparency
Are protocols disclosed? Can patients access their dosing rationale? Is there a clear medical records process?
Scores reflect publicly available information, direct provider research, and structured analysis. PeakedLabs does not accept payment to influence scores or rankings.
Affiliate Disclosure
PeakedLabs may earn a commission when you click provider links and complete a purchase — at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed on every page where affiliate links appear.
